We’re looking for someone with significant experience from working in the communications industry. You have a proven record in brand development, concept creation, and great ideas. You move seamlessly across traditional and digital formats and have an open mind and knowledge about the possibilities from AI. You are self-driven, comfortable leading client presentations and workshops, and act as a role model for less experienced creatives.

About you:
You’re a creative and strategic Art Director with a proven track record of success and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

•  At least five years of experience of working at a communications agency, managing projects spanning insights, brand development, creative concepts and tactical campaigns.
• Confidence in client-facing roles, guiding them with professionalism and clarity. You are well-versed in immersing yourself in different industries and target groups to fully understand the clients’ specific challenges.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, with the confidence and rhetorical strength to deliver compelling presentations and client communication. 
• Expertise across B2B and B2C, with the ability to navigate both traditional and digital media channels, including social platforms.
• A portfolio of creative work that demonstrates your ability to deliver impactful, results-driven work.
• A team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset, taking responsibility and contributing to projects.
